What is the goal of Free To Be Me Coaching?

How does Free To Be Me Coaching differ from other health coaching services?

Free To Be Me Coaching takes a holistic approach to health and wellness, focusing on not only nutrition and exercise, but also stress management, sleep, and overall self-care. Our coaches work collaboratively with clients to create personalized plans that fit their unique needs and lifestyles without sacrificing the important parts of life like social events, date nights, and holidays.

How quickly can I expect to see results?

While building a great body composition takes time (just like it didn't happen overnight that you got to where you are now), you can expect certain changes to happen very quickly. For example, our clients who follow the exact program laid out by their coach often experience more energy, less brain fog, better sleep, and other quality-of-life improvements within their first week.


If you stick with the program, with the mindset of building habits for life, (while eating foods you love, doing less cardio, and gaining back time in your life!), you’ll get to look back in 6 months to a year and see a completely new you!

Who can benefit from Free To Be Me Coaching services?

Women who are looking to take their health into their own hands and not be defined by the "norms" of health. Women who are open-minded and willing to learn a better way to navigate perimenopause & menopause. Women who understand this is not a magic pill or quick fix and who see the value in an 80/20 lifestyle vs an all or nothing approach. Women who want to enjoy life and not feel miserable every time they look in the mirror.

Do you offer any a-la-carte programs?

Ideally most women will benefit from a comprehensive approach including nutrition, exercise, stress management, & metabolic restoration but we do offer a workout-only program, called EmpowerHer that is geared towards women who have some experience in the gym, lifting weights and working out on their own and aren't looking for nutrition guidance.

What if I sign up for coaching and decide it's not the right fit for me?

For 1:1 coaching, I will never allow you to sign up for coaching unless you and I both feel 100% in alignment on what to expect & experience during our time together. The minimum commitment of 16 weeks is imperative to ensure we are restoring your metabolism properly & safely as we approach a muscle building phase and before we approach a fat loss phase.

For the EmpowerHer workouts, you can cancel at anytime.
